Is the beer included in the price?
Yes! The price of the tour includes 10-12 beer samples total, which adds up quick! If that's not enough we make sure to include plenty of time a each brewery for you to relax and buy another pint (or 2!) if you wish.
IS food included?
We provide light snacks on the bus, but we always make sure our guests have a chance to enjoy some delicious brewery food with their beer! The last stop of the Friday tour has a great food menu (purchased separately) and we always provide ample time for our guests to enjoy a meal there together. Same goes for the Saturday tour except instead of ending with dinner, we start with lunch!
WHat do i need to bring?
Bring yourself, your ID, and a copy of your confirmation email (screen shots on your phone are fine, no need to waste paper!). Keep in mind the Weather in Nashville can be unpredictable so dress accordingly, it does rain here. Alot.
Can I Drink on the bus?
If you're thirsty! Nashville is at the crossroads of 2 different statutes that make it legal to drink on the bus, but only in a plastic cup. Open drinks cannot come onto or leave the bus, however you are welcome to open one and drink it out of a plastic cup on the bus, just remember this is a craft beer tour so try to drink accordingly, we won't make fun of you for that bud light but your fellow tour goers might!
DO I have to be 21?
No, but you do have to be at least 21! A valid government issued ID is required that proves it too!
Will you pick us up/drop us off?
Private tours, Bachelor/ette parties and corporate tours always include complimentary pick-up and drop-off service at your location as long as you are located within 5 miles of Downtown Nashville (click here for map). Our Standard Friday, Saturday AM and Saturday PM tours have a convenient, centrally located pick-up/drop-off spot - (Click Here for Map/DIrections).
Where can I park?
Nashville is unfortunately notorious for lack of decent and affordable parking but we have done our best to help you out. There is a public Garage located directly across from our pick-up spot at Music City Center, and there is quite a bit of open parking in and around our pick-up spot in Centennial park, We highly encourage you to walk, use public transportation or ride-sharing to the pickup up spots if you can though, the cost of the tour goes up dramatically if you end it with a DUI.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you absolutely must cancel we understand, sometimes despite our best intentions life gets in the way of beer. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the tour start time for a refund. Private tours, Bachelor/ette parties and corporate tours require at least 2 weeks notice. Music City Brew Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather, road conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances in which case a full refund will be provided.
WHy is beer so good?
Because if beer wasn't good, we wouldn't drink it.
